Messages will be monitored 8.30-5, Monday to Thursday, and 8-4 on Fridays. We aim to respond within 48hrs during this time.

I'd like to try my boots on before buying. Where is my nearest LOWA stockist?

For the best possible fit, we'd always suggest going to one of our stockists to try the boots on in store.

The staff there will be able to ensure your feet are properly measured as well as offer you expert advice and recommendations.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to any UK residential or business address. (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days)

Unfortunately we do not currently offer delivery to addresses outside of the UK

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to ship your order within 24hrs of receiving it, but please do contact us to request a cancellation and we'll do our best to oblige you.

What shipping options do you offer?

We can deliver to any UK residential or business address, using DPD. Orders under £40 will be delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class.

How do I track my order?

Whether your order is delivered using Royal Mail or DPD; all orders can be tracked.

How do I return an item bought from lowa.co.uk?

If for any reason you wish to return you order, you have 30 days to do so. Your order from LOWA.co.uk will contain full instructions on how to return your order, as well as a pre-paid DPD returns label. Full details on our returns policy and process can be found here.

Simply afix your returns label to the mailing bag and return to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop.

You'll receive confirmation when we receive your order back and we offer a no-quibble returns policy. Provided the goods comply with our returns policy, you'll be issued with a full refund immediately.

Please note that this does not apply to our Accessories range.

Can my boots be re-soled?

Boots carrying the re-solable icon (see the Technology section of your selected boot) can be fully re-soled. Not all of our footwear can be re-soled, due to the nature of their construction.

Are my boots covered by a warranty?

The manufacture’s warranty is valid for a period of 12 months. It is limited and excludes other damages which are especially caused because of neglect, inappropriate use, poor fit, waste, wear and tear, improper repair or changes and modifications. It also excludes consequential damages which arise other than on the LOWA shoes themselves.

Can I get my boots repaired?

Here in the UK we will only recommend Lancashire Sports Repairs for repair work to your LOWA footwear. Please visit the Warranty & Repairs page for more details
