Specifications

A hi legged version of the popular Zephyr range of boots, the Zephyr GTX Hi TF is a well cushioned boot, that is equally robust and supportive as it is comfortable. A high leg provides extra protection around the ankle, and the upper is made from a combination of suede leather and durable fabric material. The closed lace hooks allow for speedy lacing and prevent snagging when walking through thick cover or stalking. The distinctive Monowrap stability frame cradles the foot and provides excellent ankle protection, all while keeping weight to a minimum. A full Gore-Tex membrane provides all weather protection, keeping your feet in a comfortable environment all day, while the Cross sole unit with its hard rubber compound is designed with durability in mind. The Zephyr's is a very popular model amongst tactical forces, and would suit anyone looking for a quality, strong pair of walking boots with extra ankle height, for serious outdoor use.

Technology

Highly breathable, durably waterproof lining material. Keeps feet pleasantly dry and offers optimised climate comfort for a broad range of outdoor activities.
The laces are guided securely through closed loops and cannot slip out. The design makes it less likely the hooks will get caught upon contact with objects.
Comfort and cushioning is further improved for specific uses with a complex injection-moulding process using various layers of PU-foam padding that are poured into a mould. During the process, the sole and upper are bonded together.
Conceived and developed by LOWA, the outsole is made from an optimised rubber compound, specifically designed to meet the footwear's intended use.
The LOWA Monowrap Stability frame reaches up around the side of the footwear, providing a three-dimensional cradle to stabilise the foot over rough terrain. Made of PU, the Stability frame offers outstanding lightweight support.
