LOWA boots are made in UK sizes (not EU) and are true to size. Most people buy their normal footwear size, however, we do offer free returns for peace of mind if the fit isn't quite right.

Specifications

The Ventierra GTX QC Ws is built around a soft suede and nylon upper which is comfortable straight out of the box and has a Gore-Tex lining to keep your feet dry. The Ventierra QC is made on a women’s specific shape with a reduced cuff height for easy walking comfort. The LOWA Allround Trac sole has a layer of DynaPu cushioning to make for a very flexible boot. Low profile tape lacing allows you to dial in the perfect fit and the soft collar creates a neat fit around the ankle.

Technology

Highly breathable, durably waterproof lining material. Keeps feet pleasantly dry and offers optimised climate comfort for a broad range of outdoor activities.
Conceived and developed by LOWA, the outsole is made from an optimised rubber compound, specifically designed to meet the footwear's intended use.
A special polyurethane (PU) foam material in the midsole, that retains its restoring force even when it’s pressed together thousands of times. As a result, the finished boots will maintain their exceptional cushioning properties even after you have walked many 100s of miles in them.
The LOWA Monowrap support frame provides a three-dimensional cradle, to guide and support the foot over uneven surfaces. Made of PU, the Support frame offers excellent lightweight support.
The midsole supports the foot's natural rolling properties, with a little rigidity coming from the footwear.
Women's specific last, designed with the anatomy of women's feet in mind, with a differently shaped instep and area around the ball of the foot.
