Royal Mail 48 Tracked (FREE SERVICE)
We aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 48 to you within two to three working days. Some exceptions apply for outlying areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days). A signature will be required on delivery and a confirmation of delivery will be emailed to you confirming receipt.
If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. You can call them to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to OFFTEK.

You'll know that your package is secure and, with locations open during weekend and evening hours, you won't have to rush. Locations are hand-selected based on reliability, locale and ease of experience.

UPS 24hr COURIER SERVICE (£3.99)
We aim to deliver UPS 24hr deliveries to you the next working day, provided we receive your order by 2pm. UPS will attempt delivery and if you are not present, you'll receive a UPS Infonotice® informing you of your options - re-delivery, an alternative address, or from your nearest UPS Access Point™.
You will receive full tracking of your delivery; from despatch right through to delivery.Track UPS Delivery
