Each of the three sides has a different kind of brush on it; the rubber side to remove scratches and dirt from the leather. With the rubber/Nubuck brush you can nap the leather to restore the finish or clean a nubuck leather. With the suede brush (plastic and metal) you can nap or clean a suede leather (do not use the metal brush on stitching).
