The Explorer II GTX Lo offers uncompromising performance, and sits as the pinacle of our hiking shoe range. The Vibram® Rock Trac® Evo sole unit uses the Vibram® Megagrip rubber compound, providing all of the grip you need. The Explorer II utilises brand new DynaPU+ for its midsole, which provides supreme levels of comfort and cushioning, and excellent rebound properties, providing a spring in your step and helping to save energy at the same time. The lightweight suede leather & fabric upper is thermo-embossed to add strength, all while keeping weight down, while the Gore-Tex membrane keeps all the weather out. A TPU toe and heel cap adds extra protection, and due to its bonded construction, the Explorer II can be resoled to extend the life of the boots.

The midsole supports the foot's natural rolling properties, with a little rigidity coming from the footwear.

This product can be resoled by a specialist. They're designed in a way where the upper of the shoe is retained, and a new sole can be added to it.
