Lowa have approved LSR (LANCASHIRE SPORTS REPAIRS LIMITED) to carry out warranty and repair work for all Lowa Walking & Trekking Boots in the UK & Ireland.

LSR are also the only testing facility for Gore Tex in the UK.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR CONSUMERS:

 

Consumers, where possible must return their footwear, with proof of purchase to the store where they were bought.

If your boots are out of warranty but you need a repair or a new sole please contact LSR directly and they will be happy to quote for you.

 

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR RETAILERS:

If a product is within two years of date of purchase and after inspecting it you feel it is a fault, and not caused by either fair wear and tear or accidental customer damage, please return it directly to LSR.

LSR will either repair it or inform us to credit or replace.

If in our opinion a credit or replacement is justified an authorisation number will be given to the product and the distributor will be informed of our decision.

Please do not send product to TKC Sales, as this will incur delays and extra costs.
