SPS System

• LOWA proprietary technology in which strategically placed TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) inserts are placed in the PU (polyurethane) midsole. These visible harder TPU inserts create "zones” of support and literally guide the foot into a proper walking motion.

"C4" Lacing System

The four main features of the “C4” lacing system(patented) increase walking comfort noticeably:

• Asymmetrical padding (thicker towards the outside of the foot)
• Recessed ankle areas (inside higher than the outside)
• Flexible curved insert towards the inside of the foot
• Soft edging on the upper end

Climate Control System

This moisture management system keeps feet dry, protecting against blisters and pressure points.

• A series of perforations, or holes, inside the boot's cuff lining allows air to enter the boot lining whilst the walking movement "pumps” heat and moisture back out through the holes.
