I have owned the renegade boot and loved them, I have now bought a new pair of these Zephyrs and can inform anyone who is interested that walking in these is like having a small gaggle of fairies massaging my feet as I walk!
I've recently purchased the Zephyr GTX Mid for a trekking trip to Peru and cannot reccommend them highly enough. Despite the fairly high price tag I am convinced they are worth every penny: Firstly, they look superb. They are extremely comfortable out of the box, and do not require any wearing in. I trekked for over 25kms and didn't obtain a single blister. The ankle support is perfect with good flex in the sole. We walked difficult and steep terrain where many people with poles slipped over. I didn't have any poles and felt secure at all times wearing these boots. Finally, it rained consistently for four days of our tour, and I can say that of all the gear I was using - most bearing brands and goretex - these boots were the only thing that remained warm and completely dry throughout - very very impressive.
