Footwear and any products containing Waterstop Pro will be delivered using a tracked DPD next day service. All other accessories will be sent on Royal Mail 1st Class.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland will take at least 2 working days.

We want your new LOWA footwear to be just right. Therefore if it's not the perfect fit, we offer completely free returns to all UK customers. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back in a re-sellable condition within 30 days. So please do try your boots on - but stay indoors!

We aim to despatch all orders placed Monday-Thursday within 24hrs. Orders received Friday through to Sunday will be despatched on the Monday.

We accept payment with all major credit cards, and via PayPal. We are only able to take orders through the website, and not over the phone.
